"Of course you can, should I place your order for one innocent or two. They do look so depressed, and if you don't make me happy soon I'll have to make them smile...because of my tender heart." The clown laughed for a moment. "And who shall this be delivered to? Not a group of cops will it? Charging into the windows? Or the doors? Or from the sewers? I wouldn't want anything to happen to them to get my little delivery service."

In the background, there was the groan of a vault door slowly being opened and the Mad Hatter giving a 'Callooh! Callay!' as he beat the high score.

Sitting up Thomas nodded, "That all sounds good as long as there are no Mushrooms. I am sure your payment is on the way, but it is day time and he can't see that Bat light thing until it is dark."

"Oh don't kid with me kid. We've been all over the news for the last couple hours. If Batsy is coming he'll be here. He likes me too much to pass me up."

Turning to Gorden and Bullock, Thomas raised an eyebrow and mouthed "Callooh! Cally?" The Special Agent mimed having a top hat.

"Hey..." came a cry from the vault... "Who left this hole in the floor? Hey, you two guys, come in here... need a helping hand with the cash."

"Boys drop grenade in hole first then ask questions." The Joker called his hand covering the telephone mouth.

"I am sure he is on his way. But maybe he hasn't paid his cable bill. Crime fighting does not pay what it use to." Thomas replied.

"Good idea. boss... okay, boys, cover your ears in three... two..."
There was no 'one'.
------------
Gordon made a motion under his neck for Bullock to cut the SWAT team attack, but being a commisioner and not a performer...
"Okay, boys, Commish says we're gonna kill 'em."
Outside could be heard the tell-tale 'MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!!"

The Joker carries the phone between the crowd of civilians and continues talking. "Missed his cable bill." Laughter. "That's a good one cop. Who are you? Very few cops have good jokes now adays."
The Joker hears the commotion and his smile grows. He walks over and grabs the Mad Hatter bringing him into the circle, covering him from sight.

"It is probably because I am not a cop. They are too boring for my taste." Thomas replied calmly.

"Ooooh not a cop. I'm no Riddler but a guessing game always brings a smile to my face. Now what can it be? Not FBI of course they are about as funny as my audience over here. SWAT? No, they should be coming to take me down soon. Detective? No. Maybe a Marshal? I haven't killed one of those in a long time."

The Mad Hatter was trying to direct the Joker's attention to something with "Beware the Jabber--" but the King's soldiers were already marching through the door. At least they had thought to wear gasmasks this time.

The Joker only smiled as the SWAT entered. He had only to smile and press a little button in his hand for their world to burn.
OOC: This is the explosives I first posted about at the entrances. Do we have to role this as it was agreed upon?

The walls suddenly caved in, marking an early tomb for the young men. For many, this was their first mission. For most, it would be their last. When the dust had cleared, half the bank was rubble. Two had managed to survive the explosion, but they were put down in moments by the Hatter's armed slaves.
It was a very good Tuesday for the Joker so far.
